Why participate?
Gain mastery of mRNA therapeutic applications - from bioproduction to clinical use - and understand their revolutionary role in medicine, particularly in vaccination and gene therapy
Training Context:
Since the emergence of nucleic acid molecules, DNA and RNA have drawn increasing attention due to their essential roles in cellular function. Traditionally, DNA is considered the carrier of genetic information, while RNA plays a key role in protein synthesis. The discovery of non-coding RNAs, such as microRNAs, has highlighted their importance in gene regulation, positioning RNAs as promising targets for novel therapies. For instance, mRNAs are now used in cancer vaccines, and technologies like nanoparticles enable targeted delivery and increased stability of these molecules.
This training focuses on current advances in mRNA-based therapies and addresses the ongoing challenges in their development.
