Why participate?
Present the methodology and publicly available online tools for in silico immunogenicity prediction
Training Context:
Immunogenicity prediction is a central concern for pharmaceutical companies. The stakes are high—not only for patient safety and the efficacy of the biopharmaceutical, but also for the long-term success of the sponsoring company. While many in silico prediction tools developed by commercial entities are available on the market, this course focuses on exploring the underlying methodology using freely accessible tools.
You will conduct an immunogenicity assessment of a set of therapeutic antibodies using IEDB and IMGT tools. Group work will be followed by presentations and guided correction.
