Training Context:
The uniqueness of this program lies in its presentation of key concepts through the experience of two complementary experts: a scientific and hands-on approach from a former company executive, and a theoretical and methodological approach from a professional project manager
The teaching approach uses interactive methods that encourage experience sharing among participants and reflective thinking on their practices. Deliverables (budget, schedule, etc.) will be expected, requiring active participation from learners. Role-playing scenarios will also be conducted to apply theoretical principles in practice.

Registering online or by e-mail is a pre-registration. We will process your request within one week:
Signing the training agreement commits the company or individual to the training course. Cancellation conditions are specified in the training agreement.
When no session date is specified, pre-registration allows us to note your interest in a programme, and we will keep you informed as soon as a new session is organised.
